Mark Kenly Domino Tan – Designskolen Kolding, Denmark

I took my inspiration in the interaction between the body and three different materials; wood, foam and plaster. The result of these studies is a three minute long film. The studies in the film can be seen and used in different ways. As an extension of the body in the material, and the interaction of the body and the material.

I translated these visual movements, shapes and colors into a womenswear collection.

I have been using a very traditional and tailored approach to the cutting but added an easy and wearable touch to the styles. No interfacing and lining and modern, high tech materials.
